The ABB 660 is a dedicated palletizer that blends speed, reach and
payload like no other robot on the market. This is an exceptionally
fast 4-axis machine that combines a 3.15 meter reach with a 250kg
payload, making it ideal for palletizing bags, boxes, crates,
bottles and more.
The IRB660 is considerably faster than its predecessor. Its
optimized motor power and motion performance ensure significantly
shorter cycle times than competing products. The new palletizer
comes in a high-speed version capable of handling 180kg payloads at
full speed and as a 250kg version for high throughput.
The robot’s impressive reach means it can service up to four
in-feed conveyors, two pallet stacks, one slip-sheet stack and four
palletizing out-feeding lines. In fact, the IRB 660 has the
versatility, reach and handling capacity to meet the demands of
just about any palletizing applications.
The IRB 660 is easy to come to grips with ABB’s multi-functional
IRC 5 controller and comprehensive packaging line software
PickMaster, house all the key functions for quick, easy programming
and intuitive operation on the shop floor. Furthermore, the robot’s
rugged design and IP 67 tightness make for steady performance in

IRB 460 is the fastest 4 axis multifunction industrial robot in the
world which can significantly shorten the cycle time of each part
work and greatly enhance production efficiency. The arriving
distance of this robot can be 2.4m and available loading 110kg. The
highest handling movement can be 2190 times/hour when loading 60kg
(400mm X 2000mm X 400mm) which is 15% faster than other product
under similar conditions.

Commission and After-sale Service
We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s
factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design
with electric power, water supply, gas power, material storage,
final storages, workers’ restroom, etc.
If customer need, we will send engineer for the commissioning
service. 1-2 of our engineer will
go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to
realize normal production at shortest time.
Our engineers have responsibility to train and teach the workers
how to operate, clean, maintain the repair all the machine, until
the worker could well operate the production line.
It normally costs 10 days for the commissioning service, and we
supply 1-year guarantee from the date of completion of
commissioning service.
The engineer’s round-trip flight tickets, accommodation and daily
salary USD 60-100 are on client’s account.

Q: What’s the shipping cost from China to your country?
A: We can send machine to your port by sea or other term you need.

A: Payment terms: 30% down payment against order by T/T, the
balance of 70% to be paid on delivery. Minimum order quantity: 1

receipt of formal order and 30% deposit. Warranty: 12 months
